This could have interesting implications: What if the Italian-American automaker Fiat Chrysler is purchased by the Chinese? It needs to catch up with its competitors on self-driving vehicles, electric vehicles and other emerging technologies and only way to do that is bring in investor. It's been for sale for two years.
