Hurricane Harvey will move through Arkansas by Friday. The rains that make their way up the Mississippi River Valley won't be anything like 40 to 50 inches that fell in south Texas. There are parts of the Midwest that would love some rain - 63% of North Dakota is in some form of drought. Many ranchers have had to sell off cattle. A Minnesota towing and ranching company is shipping 20 truckloads of hay to the area.

Republican Gov. Scott Walker has 5 Democrats running against him and 13 are thinking about it. The Democrats are just fooling themselves, Republicans in Wisconsin say.

In Iowa, there was rigging with lottery and person responsible has ended up in trouble.
