It’s estimated that 850 million people in the world suffer from chronic hunger. What’s hard for many people to believe is that 650 million of those are farmers who can’t grow enough food to feed their families. DuPont’s Jim Borel discussed the issues surrounding malnutrition and other food security problems in a speech at the Pioneer Media Event held at the World Food Prize’s Hall of Laureate in Des Moines, Iowa.
