Congress should act on immigration reform

Ray Prewett, president of Texas Citrus Mutual and the vice president of the Texas Vegetable Association, says Congress still has time to pass a meaningful immigration reform bill. Speaking at the recent Texas Produce Convention in San Antonio, Prewett said Congress should take care of border security but not at the expense of immigration reform. An enforcement-only approach, he said would hurt agriculture and other industries.
