The Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association (TSCRA) is hosting ranch gatherings across the state from June 8 through June 15. Gatherings will focus on preventing cattle theft.
Also on the agenda will be legislative updates from Washington and Austin.
Meetings are scheduled for: Cleburne, June 8, the Johnson County Cattle Auction, 5:30 p.m.; Midland, June 10, The Nita Stewart Haley Memorial Library, 1805 W. Indiana, 5:30 – 7:30; Crawford, June 15, Crawford Community Center, 999 East 4th Street, 5:30 – 7:30.
"TSCRA ranch gatherings are a great way for folks in the community to get together, and it's not just for TSCRA members. Anyone who would like to come out and enjoy the evening is invited," TSCRA President Dave Scott said.
