Max Armstrong talks about the tornado outbreak this past weekend, a Senate vote in Wisconsin, grain markets and the trade truce, the South American soybean crop, and more.

There were 18 tornados in the Illinois outbreak last weekend.

The Wisconsin Senate voted to give more power to republicans, and take away power to the newly elected governor.

Grain markets have been looking for confirmation of a trade truce between the U.S. and China.

The South American soybean crop is shaping up to be huge; 130 million metric tonnes.

Plumbing continues to be rebuilt in Flint, Mich., So far, more than 7,000 waterlines have been replaced.

It's been interesting listening to historians and documentation as people say goodbye to President George H.W. Bush.
